Do I need to send referrals to stay in EARN?
Members are expected to use EARN as their primary source for outgoing referrals — this maximizes results for all members.
Does EARN take a cut of my commission?
No. EARN never takes a percentage. Standard agent‑to‑agent referral fees (e.g., 25%) are between the agents, as usual.
How do you choose who gets a territory if multiple top agents apply?
We prioritize production, responsiveness, client experience, and brand quality. If a first choice declines or doesn’t complete onboarding, we move to the next qualified applicant, but never accept unqualified agents.
If I’ve been pre‑qualified, why do I still need to apply?
The application verifies licensing, locks your territory, and completes the first step of onboarding. Vetting protects everyone. The form takes ~2 minutes; approvals are typically <24 hours.

How is client data handled?
We only collect what’s needed to facilitate secure introductions. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy and is never sold or shared with third-parties.
