Who qualifies to join?
Licensed agents in excellent standing with a proven track record (top producers by volume, market authority, client experience, and brand quality). Every applicant is vetted; acceptance is limited to maintain network quality.
How long does the application take? How fast is approval?
The form takes ~2 minutes and typical approvals are <24 hours.
What’s the day-to-day time commitment?
Minimal. EARN runs in the background and emails you vetted referrals—no logins to babysit, no forums to monitor. You accept/decline in a few clicks and close.
What does “exclusive territory” mean?
Only one agent (or team under a single lead) represents each territory on EARN. All inbound referrals for that area route to you.
How much does membership cost?
Pricing is territory-based (set by market size, velocity, and demand)—not agent-selected. Current tiers are $99 / $249 / $499 per month. You keep 100% of your commissions; EARN never takes a split.
Do you take a cut of my commission?
No. EARN charges a simple monthly membership. The referral fee is agreed agent-to-agent and paid through your brokerage as usual.
What if I don’t receive any referrals?
EARN’s Referral Guarantee extends your membership at no cost until you do.
Can I hold multiple territories?
Yes—subject to qualification and market demand. Additional territories are offered at a discounted rate (details provided on approval).
Do I need to send referrals to stay in good standing?
Yes. EARN is built for reciprocity. Members are expected to meet a minimum outbound-referral threshold (varies by territory) to maintain membership.
How fast do I need to respond to a referral?
We expect professional response times—ideally within 24 hours—to protect client experience and the network’s reputation.
How are referral fees set?
Agents agree terms directly (industry norms often guide expectations). Put it in writing with your brokerage; EARN provides the workflow and tracking.
Does EARN handle invoicing or commission collection?
No. Your brokerage processes payment. EARN provides tools to track agreements, statuses, and owed/paid commissions.
What if my territory is already claimed?
Apply anyway. If you’re approved and your territory is taken, you’ll be placed on the waitlist and notified if it opens.
Can a team lead or team member hold a territory?
Yes. A single primary contact is designated, and the team fulfills the territory’s service standards.
Is there a long-term contract? Can I cancel?
Membership is monthly. You may cancel before your next billing cycle.
How long does approval take, and what do you verify?
Most decisions are made quickly after verifying licensing, production, and market fit. We’ll confirm territory availability and next steps once approved.
