Who is eligible to join EARN?
To join EARN, you must:
- Be a licensed real estate professional in good standing.
- Demonstrate exceptional sales performance, customer service, expertise, and high-end marketing skills.
- Be approved through our application process.
How does the referral process work?
The referral process involves:
1. Sending or receiving referrals through the platform.
2. Tracking referral statuses, agreements, and commission details.
3. Closing deals and managing commissions independently with your brokerage.
What does it mean to have exclusive rights to a territory?
Exclusive rights mean that only one agent or brokerage within a designated geographic territory can represent that area on the EARN platform. This ensures you receive all referrals for that territory.
How much does membership cost?
EARN charges a small monthly membership fee. You are never charged any commission splits, only the required referral fee paid directly to the referring agent. Specific pricing depends on your territory and will be disclosed after acceptance of the application process.
Does EARN handle invoicing and commission collection?
No, all invoicing and commission collection are the sole responsibility of the user and their brokerage. EARN provides tools to track referrals and commissions for your convenience.
What happens if I only want to receive referrals?
All EARN members must reach a threshold for outgoing referrals in order to keep their membership in good standing. Specific thresholds vary by territory. EARN was built to allow agents to synergistically enhance each other's success.
How do I know if my trading area is available or has already been claimed?
Fill out our application form to find out if your territory is available. In the event you are approved and your territory has already been claimed you will be added to the waiting list for that territory.
